Cancellation Policy
Terms & Conditions The Hirer acknowledges and agrees to the following: Hire Period: Hire commences at the agreed collection time and ends upon return and inspection. Extensions must be requested at least 1 hour before the scheduled return. Fees & Deposits: A $200 refundable deposit applies. Refund is subject to return in original condition, with full fuel tank, and no damage or loss. A 20% late cancellation fee applies if cancelled within 1 hour of collection. Hirer’s Responsibilities: Operate van/equipment safely, return with full fuel, protect against theft or damage, and notify A-Team Cleaning of any accidents or issues. Prohibited Use: No unlawful use, no unlicensed drivers, no driving under influence, no sub-hiring, no passengers for hire. Insurance & Liability: Hirer is liable for all damage, theft, loss, and fines incurred during the hire, except where caused by proven negligence of A-Team Cleaning. Safety & Security: Hirer must secure van and equipment when unattended and use equipment only as intended. Use of Cleaning Products: Hirer acknowledges receipt of Safety Data Sheets (SDS) and agrees to read and follow all instructions. A-Team Cleaning is not liable for damage, injury, or loss caused by misuse of chemicals. Termination: A-Team Cleaning may terminate hire and repossess equipment immediately if terms are breached. Governing Law: This Agreement is governed by the laws of Western Australia. ******Hard copy will be signed when collecting*******
